We are very pleased with their work! Shadburn W H Auto Upholstery & Tops expertly replaced the top on our 1997 Mustang GT and it looks better than it did when it was brand new! Highly recommend for convertible top replacement. Along with the great work, the customer service is also great, the staff are all very friendly and helpful.

A Master Craftsman and a Gentleman—Highly Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of having work done by Shadburn W H Auto Upholstery & Tops Inc, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, the owner – Mr. Darryl Shadburn – demonstrated exceptional skill, professionalism, and attention to detail. My vehicle is a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT 4x4 pickup, which I’m looking to put up for sale and want the 15-year-old truck to be both safe and presentable. After researching various upholstery businesses nearest me, I visited this business in order to get an initial quote. Mr. Shadburn personally greeted me upon arrival, examined my torn driver’s seat—its left side back cushion ripped and exposing the airbag, and the seat worn from sliding in and out of this truck daily for 15 years and having been in this condition for several years—and gave a fair quote with a clear timeline. Due to the age and condition of the seat which could not be restitched because the leather had drawn up, it was necessary to replace all the leather coverings. He sourced the very last available components (no longer in production) for my vehicle from his supplier and took my prepayment for materials

Good so far. Unfortunately, there is a wait. They are booked solid. Excellent communication. Nice folks! I will update this review after the job is completed, and I am yet to place a deposit to order a specially designed material. I suggest you book a slot well in advance. It is not easy to get help these days, and hopefully that will change for all businesses.

Great service and fair pricing! A little over four years ago my motorcycle seat got a rip. The man looked at it and said it would have to be recovered (I already thought it would from the damage location) They recovered it and almost 5 years later it still looks great! I was looking them up to do more work when I saw the reviews and remembered I never left one. I used them based on a friends recommendation and I am glad I did. I drive all the way from Covington to have them do work and they are worth the trip.
